The position will work out of Wyong Shire Council
Chambers and operates within our Shire Services providing
a rewarding and stimulating work environment, supported
by a strong team and management.
Building a better team
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified
professionals with experience and skills in water
supply project investigation and concept design.
The successful applicant will also possess good problem
solving and communication skills and have a good
understanding of and commitment to contemporary integrated
water cycle management. In this diverse role you
will be undertaking investigations, system analysis
and modelling as well as engaging and managing consultants
and contractors. The Water Supply Headworks Engineer
is responsible for the provision of a professional
service to the community as well as ensuring the
Gosford/Wyong Joint Water Authority’s activities
meet Council’s corporate environmental objectives
and statutory requirements.
