The position will work out of Wyong Shire Council
Chambers and operates within our Shire Planning Department
providing a rewarding and stimulating work environment,
supported by a strong team and management.
Building a better team
This position reports directly to the Director Shire
Planning and is responsible for providing personal
assistance at an executive level to the Director
Shire Planning. The successful applicant will be
required to demonstrate intuitive, sound judgment
and highly developed problem solving skills. The
duties you will be responsible for are obtaining
and conveying information on behalf of the Director,
liaison with local members, the Mayor, Councilors,
the General Manager and executives. The successful
applicant will provide assistance by researching,
collecting, collating and interpreting information,
managing the Directors diary and meetings, completing
correspondence and reports and manage the coordination
of departmental projects.
