Council Meetings

Next meeting of Council

Council holds two (2) ordinary meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month with the exception of the last meeting in December and the first meeting in January.

Where scheduled meetings of Council fall on a Public Holiday, that meeting is usually held on the day immediately after the Public Holiday.

See the full list of 2008 meeting dates until the Local Government poll in September.

These meetings are open to the public and are conducted in the Council Chamber, Wyong Civic Centre, Hely Street, Wyong at 5pm. Confidential items may require the public to be excluded for short periods. These are kept to a minimum and are usually last on the agenda.

Enquiries about these meetings should be made to Council on (02) 4350 5555. People attending meetings gain a first hand knowledge of Council's decision-making processes.

Resident's Forum
When there is sufficient interest, a resident’s forum is held before each Ordinary Meeting of Wyong Shire Council. Each forum starts at 4.30pm and anyone who would like to address Wyong Shire Councillors can book on (02) 4350 5211.
