Warnervale Town Centre

For properties located within the Warnervale Town Centre site, a State Development Control Plan has been prepared and must be consulted as part of any development proposal.

Warnervale Town Centre DCP 2008 expands on the State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) 2005 (Amendment No. 24) for development of the Warnervale Town Centre site.

State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) 2005 is now known as State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Development) 2005 Information about the Warnervale Town Centre site is located within Schedule 3, Part 16.
