Wyong Shire Council is upgrading a former rubbish tip and nightsoil depot at Bateau Bay.

The area, which includes Pat Morley Oval, is located off Cresthaven Avenue and was partially used as a football field until excessive and uneven settlement closed the facility in the late 1990's.
