Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991

The Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 aims to:

• promote the management, development, conservation and economic use of the
  resources of the Shire of Wyong and to protect the amenity of its environment
    
• provide a comprehensive planning instrument for the Shire that is clear and
  explicit but which provides flexibility in its application, and
    
• facilitate and encourage ecological, economic and social sustainability.
