TREE WORKS APPLICATION FORM

For the removal of trees in accordance with the Wyong Shire Council’s Development Control Plan No. 14 - Tree Management.

You do not need to make application for tree removal where:

1. The tree is listed as Undesirable Species or declared Noxious in Wyong Shire or is a domestic fruit tree
2. The tree is dead
3. The tree is under 3 metres in height and less than 75/mm trunk diameter, unless more than 1,000m2 of land is being cleared
4. Tree removal is necessary to construct an approved dwelling..
