Declared Noxious Weeds

Declarations as at 1st September 2006

Class five noxious weeds - restricted plants

Control Objectives – to prevent the introduction of those plants into NSW, the spread of those plants within NSW or from NSW to another jurisdiction.

Control Measure – The requirements in the Noxious Weeds Act 1993 for a notifiable weed must be complied with and as such must not be sold or purchased and must not be moved from the land.
