Declared Noxious Weeds

Declarations as at 1st September 2006

State Prohibited Weeds - Class One

Control Objectives – The control objectives for weed control class 1 is to prevent the introduction and establishment of those plants in NSW.

Control Measure – The plant must be eradicated from the land and the land must be kept free of the plant. Class 1 weeds are notifiable and as such the presence of the weed on land must be notified to the local control authority (Wyong Shire Council) within 72 hours of detection.
