Webster World is the online equivalent of the Webster's CD-ROM range. There are over 30 titles and include Australia Encyclopaedia, ANZAC Diaries, Science, Animals, Poetry, Film, The Great Barrier Reef, Virtual Zoo, Webster's World Encyclopaedia,  to name a few.

Webster World was created and produced by Webster Publishing, a fully Australian owned and operated multimedia company that began in 1985.

This is an online computer trainer. The link above instructs you to add a bookmark to your web browser. You can then login by using your own choice of username and password.

Free databases through NSW.NetNSW.net
NSW.net is a network that links councils and public libraries
throughout New South Wales to the Internet.

Click on NSW.Net link above & select Access Wyong eResources for the following databases:

Literary Reference Centre (LRC)
A comprehensive literary reference database, which provides users with a broad spectrum of reference information from antiquity to the present. It contains detailed information on the most studied authors and their works and is an essential resource for public, academic and high school libraries.

Science Reference Centre (This is reached by going to the ANZRC link below)
A research database about science. Topis include biology, chemistry, earth and space, environmental and society science; health and medicine; the history of science; physics, scientists, technology and wildlife.

NoveList (This is reached by going to the ANZRC link below)
A fiction database containing more that 135,000 titles. It also boasts other content - such as 'Author Read-alikes'; 'What We're Reading'; 'Book Discussion Guides'; 'Book Talks' and 'Annotated Book Lists' - certain to interest readers of fiction.

- Available at Library branches only
- A powerful web-based service for researching and monitoring news and business information

Standards Australia Online Public Library Service
- Available at Library branches only
- A comprehensive online collection of International and Australian standards,
many with full text coverage.

Australia/New Zealand Reference Centre (ANZRC)
Access an online full-text database which contains Australian and New Zealand specific magazines, newspaper and reference books.
