Need help filling in your tax return?
Tuggerah Library is an official Tax
Help Centre, where volunteers are avaliable each Saturday
to help low income earners complete tax returns - free of
charge.
This service is means tested and
will operate until the end of October. For additional

Green Living at Your Local Library
With an increasing number of people becoming interested in exploring the virtues of living green, both ethically and practically, the Library has developed the Sustainable, Responsible Lifestyle (Green Living) collection.
The Sustainable, Responsible Lifestyle (Green Living) collection will be launched at a function on Thursday 21 August at 10:30 am at Lake Haven Library.
The launch will feature a display of the collection and talks by two prominent local practitioners of the Green Lifestyle Vicky Gear and Andrew James-Buehler.
New
collection at Tuggerah
Wyong Shire Council has
a new collection at Tuggerah library titled Mind, Body
and Spirit. The collection includes books, CDs and
DVDs appropriate for all ages.
Mind, Body and Spirit explores spirituality,
self improvement, wellbeing, religious philosophies
and alternative therapies.
Meet
a JP at the library
Residents can obtain the help of a Justice
of the Peace free of charge, thanks to a service
at two Wyong
Shire libraries.
Council and the Tuggerah Lakes Branch of the NSW Justices’ Association
have come together to provide the service between 9am
and 2pm every Thursday at Lake Haven library and 9am
and noon every Saturday at Tuggerah library.
During the sessions, Justices of the Peace are available
to witness signatures and certify documents.
